Who you are: If you are an energetic leader with a passion for people and hospitality with the following education and experience, we would love to hear from you:
College degree (otherwise currently enrolled) or equivalent experience
1 to 2 years of management experience, food industry a big plus
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with an can-do TEAM attitude
Your IMPACT: As our Part-time Shift Manager, your role will be integral to the success of the company by supporting our Wendy's restaurant operations and representing our Meritage brand. You will achieve this by creating efficient procedures and processes for your restaurant; and cultivating Wendy's 5-Star Talent by implementing your strong leadership skills to empower and develop your teammates into a cohesive team.
