Who you are: If you are an energetic leader with a passion for people and hospitality with the following education and experience, we would love to hear from you:
College degree (otherwise currently enrolled) or equivalent experience
1 to 2 years of management experience, food industry a big plus
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with an "can-do" TEAM attitude
Your IMPACT: As our Part-time Shift Manager, your role will be integral to the success of the company by supporting our Wendy's restaurant operations and representing our Meritage brand. You will achieve this by creating efficient procedures and processes for your restaurant; and cultivating Wendy's "5-Star Talent" by implementing your strong leadership skills to empower and develop your teammates into a cohesive team.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
