Responsibilities:
Manage a small caseload of 7-10 amazing clients with amazing families in a clinical setting Conduct initial and ongoing assessments Establish and monitor treatment plans of clients Collaborate with a team of highly qualified BCBAs Supervise & train RBTs Meet with and conduct parent/caregiver trainings Behavior Analysts:
Must have a Master's degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA), or psychology or special education with ABA Certification Must be board certified (BCBA) or be a Qualified Behavior Health Provider (QBHP).
One to two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
Candidates without these qualifications will not receive consideration.
